Najat Vallaud-Belkacem is the first woman to be appointed Minister of National Education in France. 


Najat Belkacem is the Second Child in a family of seven children, She was born in Bni Chiker, Morocco on 4 October 1977,  She became the first French woman to be appointed Minister of Education on 25 August 2014.
